The Gemini Project

The Gemini Project is an incentive scheme which twins corporate businesses with charities to produce high quality promotional films for both.

What is it?
The Gemini Project is an incentive scheme which twins corporate businesses with charities to produce high quality promotional films for both.

How does it work?
Corporate businesses are approached by the project facilitator to see if the company would like a high quality promotional film made for them to use on their website and the internet, as well as more traditional portals. This would be financed from the companies advertising/marketing /PR budget. But instead of providing the company with one film, the project provides the company with two films. The second film being a low budget high quality promotional film for a charity of that companies choice.

Who does this benefit?
• Corporate businesses will benefit from having a high quality promotional film about their company or an aspect of their portfolio. They will also be fulfilling their corporate social responsibility policy in a very visible way.

• Smaller charities will benefit because they will have a high quality promotional film made for them free of charge by the corporate partner.

• The project will benefit by reapportioning some of the corporate budget to its running costs. It will also give regional film makers the chance to produce commissioned high quality work with a platform for global viewing, backed by large businesses.
